Lynda Chase-Gardener – Executive Chairman, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc

Lynda Chase-Gardener, with over 20 years with quarrying and landfill operations, has an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the aggregates market.  Lynda was Managing Director of her family quarry and landfill operation until its sale in 2007.  During the last 10 years she has been a member and Chairman of the Quarry Products Association, overseeing its merger with the British Cement Association and the Concrete Centre in 2009.  She was also the founding Chairman of the Mineral Products Association, the representative body for the UK aggregates, asphalt, cement, concrete, lime, mortar and silica sand industries until she stepped down in September 2009.  Lynda is also a member of the representative body to promote health and safety in all sectors of the quarrying and associated industries, the Quarries National Joint Advisory Committee.

 

Thomas Masney – Chief Financial Officer, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc

Thomas Masney is a chartered accountant who is a specialist in company turnarounds and restructuring situations. He has held a number of posts as either Financial Director or CFO in Canada, London and Hong Kong, following his early careers with Ernst Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 

Euan McAlpineExecutive Chairman, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc

Euan McAlpine has many years experience in the construction, mining, quarrying & building materials sector. He was Managing Director of Alfred McAlpine Minerals Ltd for 8 years which he built up before a successful sale. He is a Member of the Institute of Quarrying.

 

William VoadenDirector, Pan Pacific Quadling Quarry Ltd

William Voaden has many years’ experience in the Mineral and Waste Management industries and excellent industry connections. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying.

 

David Pow - Technical Director, Pan Pacific Quadling Quarry Ltd

David Pow is a professional mining engineer with more than 30 years experience in private & government services.  He spent many years with the Ministry of Energy & Mines where he was responsible for mine permitting, including review & approval for mining activities including mineral exploration, coal, placer, sand, gravel & quarrying. he was Chairman of the Mine Development Committee and a member of the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Review Committee. Since leaving MEMPR he has been a consultant with McElhanney Consulting Services, involved in mine design & operations and stakeholder consultations.
