DIRECTORS’ DEALING

Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (the “Company”) was informed on 8 July 2009 that, on 7 July 2009, Euan McAlpine, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.4166667p per share.

The Company was also informed on 8 July 2009 that, on the same day, Mr McAlpine, purchased a further 625,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.35p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr McAlpine’s beneficial interest in the Company is 3,625,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 686,754,512 ordinary shares of 0.1p each.
