    PAN PACIFIC AGGREGATES PLC ("PPA" or "the Company")
    RESULT OF AGM
    FURTHER INFORMATION ON FUNDRAISING
    At the AGM of the Company held earlier today at the offices of Hammonds, the Company's solicitors, all resolutions

were duly passed.
    Further to the announcement of 23 July 2008, which referred to the raising of up to  750,000 through the placing of

75,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1 pence per share, the Company has so far received firm commitments for  497,000.

Consequently, a total of 49,700,000 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 July 2008. The Company

will announce shortly the results of the remainder of the fundraising on receipt of the outstanding placing letters.
