Wood Bay sold to complete Loan Note buy out

Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC, the British Columbia based aggregates company, announces that it has completed the sale of its property at Wood Bay.  The net proceeds of C$1.2 million from the sale will be paid to RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited (“RAB”). This satisfies the deferred payment obligation under the agreement with RAB to buy out the loan notes issued to the Company by RAB as announced on 4 November 2009.
