(“PPA” or the “Company”)

Statement re. Suspension

As referred to in the announcement earlier today, for reasons beyond the Company’s and its advisers’ control, PPA has been unable to complete the fundraising to finance the Reverse Takeover announced on 17th January 2011. As a result, the Company’s shares will remain suspended pending clarification of its financial position. Further announcements will be made in due course.
