UPDATE ON HSBC PAYMENT DEFERRAL

Further to the announcement made on 15 May 2009, the Company announces that HSBC has agreed to further defer payment of the C$150,000 writ outstanding until 30 June 2009, subject to certain agreed upon and acceptable conditions.  The payment will be made out of the net proceeds of the placing which was announced on 22 May 2009.
